Panasonic ER 217 S Review:

This machine is 3 years old, it means; I have been using it for 3 years. When I bought it in 2017, I didn’t expect to run as much. Because, I used some trimmers they couldn't last very long, I rate ER 217s 4 stars out of 5. So let's explore it. Price is US $ 38.00, may vary by country.

The box of Panasonic  ER 217s trimmer contain a small oil bottle, a cleaning brush, AC charge adapter, adjustable comb, carrying pouch and a user manual.
So the main Accessories of Panasonic ER 217s are:
1) Charge adapter.
2) Attachment comb.

 Body design:

Panasonic ER 217s trimmer is an ergonomic body model that fits easily in your hand. The angle design of the comb can achieve a comfortable beard trim by placing it on the skin. Take the trimmer in each direction to get a uniform cut. The 39mm wide blade provides, trim hair without  stress. Due to its strong body texture, the ER217 is less prone to breakage.
After 8 hours of charging, Trimming the hair 2 times can be done with ease. Panasonic  trimmer have wide blade that trim hair without stress.

Performance and function: 

I like the flexibility of turning the dial to adjust the attachment comb, which can easily go from 0.6mm to 20 mm in 14 settings. Which does not require multiple comb attachments. You can maintain your beard by using comb adjustment dial to suit your needs. Applying with a comb for curly facial hair does not cut all the hair. In this case, remove the comb attachment and use the traditional comb, to remove the remaining uncut hair.

You can trim the beard or hair up to 20mm in length. There is also a thin plate on the backside of the trimmer body. It’s function is for “thinning hair", Slide it to use until its position is clicked. and then trim the thin hair style.

Corded and cordless operation: 

Panasonic ER217 can be trim hair direct with electricity,  by connecting the charger wire. In AC operation set the dial switch to minimum position to operate the trimmer, otherwise  it may not work.
It also features a cordless trim, when rechargeable battery power is used The battery life is acceptable; With 8 hours of continuous charge, it could trim the beard or hair for 40 minutes, by usage of three years, its duration has now been reduced to 20 minutes, the company recommends that,
"If the battery is fully charged 3 times a month, the service life can last up to 6 years".

 For barber's use, fully charge the trimmer’s battery for 8 hours.  The full charge will provide enough Power, approximately 10 trims. (5minutes per trim for normal beard)
